In order to do a complete overall fit-gap analysis, we have to look at the program from a holistic perspective. Critical to understanding of how the functional, business, and technical components of any program work together is looking at them from a top level down.

We utilize the SAP intelligent enterprise suite transformation fit gap model approach. This approach starts with the SAP activate Explore Phase, where we use fit-gap standard processes to confirm and identify all the gaps that are in their past, current, and future state. These features include business discovery workshops and SAP “fit to standard” business process identification for the end-to-end digital transformation –  blending in the safe agile methodology.

We leverage SAP functional, coding and data structures that are built into SAP solution manager to help us adhere to existing business and practical requirements. Will utilize SAP tools and best practices so that we have a clear transparent view of all the process’s,  application development,  and interfaces for the entire project lifecycle as in applies to Gavilon needs.
